Keeping the Sanctuary Sterile

Bunker Log 003: Keeping the Sanctuary Sterile
STATUS: Clean as a Whistle PRIORITY: Decontamination
I’ve got a soldering iron in one hand and a scrub brush in the other today. Most scavengers think survival is all about big guns and fast cars, but let me tell you—the smallest threats are often the most lethal.
I’ve just locked in the final text for Field Manual No. 003: Gamma Scrubbers. This one is short, punchy, and designed for the operator who doesn't have time to mess around. We’re talking high-potency, natural cleaning protocols to keep your gear, your bunker floors, and your workstation free of the wasteland muck.
I’m currently "scrubbing" the KNF7 control board while I finish the book cover redesign. Remember: If it’s dusty, it’s deadly.
Archive Note: * Manual No: 003
Subject: Post-Apocalyptic Sanitization & Decon
Aradia’s Tip: Don't just wipe the surface. Scrub it until the Geiger counter stops clicking.

The Best Part of Waking Up

Bunker Log 002: The Best Part of Waking Up (Is Staying Alive)
STATUS: Archive Updated PRIORITY: High Caffeine
The silence of the wasteland is heavy, but the fatigue? That’s what’ll really get you. I’ve been burning the midnight oil at the KNF7 transmitter, and let’s just say the "Old World" coffee reserves are looking a bit pathetic.
I’ve officially filed Field Manual No. 002: Bunker Brews into the sanctuary archives. This isn't just about a morning cup of Joe—it’s about the science of the "Roasted Root." I’ve spent months testing which wasteland flora can actually give you that mental edge without making your heart explode.
If you’re tired of drinking lukewarm "grey-water" and want something that actually kicks back, this is the manual for you.
Archive Note: * Manual No: 002
Subject: Energizing Brews & Coffee Alternatives
Aradia’s Tip: The secret is in the roast. If it smells like dirt, you didn't leave it on the stove long enough.

Bunker Broadcast The Physical Backup
January 14, 2026
Bunker Broadcast: The Physical Backup is Ready
LOG ENTRY: 001 CLASSIFICATION: Approved for Scavenger Distribution PRIORITY: High
Listen up, survivors. The grid is a fickle beast. One day you’ve got a clear signal, and the next, the digital archives go dark and you’re left staring at a blank terminal while the wasteland winds howl outside.
I’ve been working overtime in the Haven Sanctuary archives to ensure that doesn’t happen to the most important data we have: Herbal Medicine.
I’m revealing the restored "Physical Backup" of Field Manual No. 01: Leaf Juice. This isn't just a book—it’s a distilled guide to the real-world herbal science you’ll need when the world stops making sense. From teas to tinctures, these are the recipes they don’t want you to forget. I’ve stamped it, classified it, and handwritten a few warnings for the rookies (seriously, don't eat the glowing ones).
Whether you’re prepping your own bunker or just trying to navigate the wastes, this manual is the anchor.

Transmission New Signal in the Stat
January 14, 2026
Transmission: New Signal in the Static
FROM: The Desk of Aradia Fever SUBJECT: Fresh Ink and Dirty Fingernails
I’ve spent the last seventy-two hours shoulder-deep in the guts of a motorized chassis and a soldering iron. My knuckles are bruised, my coffee is cold, and I’ve got enough grease under my nails to lubricate a tank... but the Haven Sanctuary archives wait for no one.
While I’m out here building a mechanical brain for the garden, I’ve finally finished digitizing the lyric sheets for the latest intercepted frequencies.
The New Lineup:
Starlight Sirens: High-altitude glam and haunting echoes. It’s the kind of music that makes you want to stare at the moon until your eyes burn.
Boone Dusty Maddox: Pure wasteland grit. It’s got the dirt of the road baked into every line.
The audio is still being mastered in the bunker’s sound-bay, but the words are ready for your eyes. I’ve updated the archive pages on the site. Read 'em, learn 'em, and maybe you’ll understand the "Truth" I’ve been trying to broadcast through the static.
I’m headed back to the workbench. This garden bot isn’t going to build itself, and I’ve got a book cover to redesign that needs to look as sharp as a switchblade.
Keep your dials locked. I’m just getting started.

Field Log #082 The Iron Gardener In
January 14, 2026
Field Log #082: The "Iron Gardener" Initiative
STATUS: Work in Progress LOCATION: Haven Bird Sanctuary – Workshop B OPERATOR: Aradia Fever
Running a sanctuary isn't all radio waves and herbal teas. If we’re going to survive the long haul, we need hands that don’t get tired and eyes that don’t need sleep.
I’ve dragged a pre-collapse motorized chassis—looks like an old "Power Wheels" unit—into the bunker. To the scavengers, it’s a toy. To me? It’s the skeleton of an autonomous harvester.
The Objective: I’m currently gutting the plastic interior and "patching in" a fresh AI-assisted brain. With the right mix of scavenged gizmos, sensors, and a bit of custom code, this little rig will be patrolling the garden beds soon. It’ll handle the heavy lifting while I’m focused on the KNF7 broadcast.
The Tech Stack:
Chassis: Modified heavy-duty plastic frame (scavenged).
Brain: AI-logic processor (integrated for autonomous pathfinding).
Purpose: Garden maintenance, perimeter check, and heavy-hauling.
Between re-editing the archive covers (the library was looking a bit "pre-collapse dusty") and finalizing the lyrics for the Starlight Sirens and Boone Dusty Maddox albums, my workbench is a disaster zone of wires and ink.
If the signal flickers tonight, you’ll know why—I’ve probably tripped a breaker trying to bring this bot to life.
Stay sharp, stay hydrated, and keep your ears on the frequency.
